Creek Side Landings (formerly known as Mill Creek Townhomes) was presented as an opportunity to purchase 140 townhome units in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. The community is a 46.6-acre property located in Washington County, Rhode Island. The property is former military housing that was purchased by the current owner in 1980. The property consists of 128 Class B+ townhomes originally built in 1968 and with two phases of renovation since 2011.

Since assuming control in March 2023 as part of a Sub Management Agreement, Landings has successfully implemented a property repositioning strategy comprised of installing our in-house property management team, numerous capital expenditures including unit renovations, and opening a leasing office, all of which have created significant value for all stakeholders.
