Happy New Year from LREG Investments!


Here's a look at what we achieved together in 2023:

• We've grown to over 100 team members.
  
  
• We acquired two new communities: River Park Landings in Middleboro, Massachusetts, and Creek Side Landings in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.

• We completed construction of Landings at Aquidneck Commerce Center, a luxury 12-unit apartment and townhome in Middletown, Rhode Island.

• In partnership with Live Oak Contracting, we completed 150 units in the first phase of Saddle Brook Landings Annex in Jacksonville, Florida.

• We broke ground and are well underway on The Residences at 801 East Whiting Street, a 104-unit, 8-story luxury midrise in downtown Tampa, Florida in partnership with LEMA Construction and Craig Bazarsky.

• We completed the total exterior transformation of Faire Harbour Landings in New London, Connecticut.
