Construction is well underway at 811 Aquidneck Ave in Middletown, Rhode Island! This is our second approved adaptive reuse plan by the Town of Middletown, an eagerly awaited addition to Landings at Aquidneck Commerce Center.

We've transformed the former Sakonnet Eye Care office by adding a second story, matching the façade to the adjacent buildings on the property, and so much more. When completed, this project will add an additional seven homes for rent to the existing twelve on property.

We've already started building a waitlist and plan to lease these brand-new apartment homes in early 2026. We're excited to continue delivering much needed, high-quality housing to Aquidneck Island!
