We are excited to share that the Landings Construction Management team is making great strides on the adaptive reuse of the former KVH Industries world headquarters in Middletown, Rhode Island, transforming it into a new multifamily community.

Just a month after closing, interior demolition is well underway. On the third floor, partition walls are coming down to create a clean slate for future apartment layouts. Work on the second floor is also progressing, with non-structural demolition expected to wrap by the end of September.

This early phase is laying the groundwork for reconfiguring the building's core infrastructure, utilities, and mechanical systems—setting the stage for the next phase of this incredible transformation.
