This week, the LREG team came together for our Annual Company Outing at Kempenaar's Clambake Club in Middletown, Rhode Island — but the real highlight of the day was the impact we created together.

Through 'Just Roll With It – A Charitable Skateboard Build Event,' our team constructed and decorated 30 skateboards and 30 helmets for the Boys & Girls Club of Newport County, Rhode Island. Each board is more than just a ride — it's a tool to inspire confidence, creativity, and possibility for local youth as they head into the new school year.

We were honored to receive a surprise video message from legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk, who thanked our team for giving back in such a meaningful way. A heartfelt thank you to our employees for rolling up their sleeves to make a difference, and to TeamBonding for helping us bring this vision to life!
