We are a mere 3 months into our adaptive reuse project in Middletown, Rhode Island, and the transformation from a once busy corporate headquarters to a now blank slate of concrete and steel has been accomplished! Our demolition team will continue to remove windows on the floors and remove equipment from the roof. Next steps will include patching any holes in the roofing and flooring, and getting started on both structural work and underground plumbing.
