With more than 14 years of experience in real estate and property management, Jonelle has built an impressive career managing multi-family assets across the Northeast and Southeast markets. Over the years, she has overseen portfolios valued more than $200 million, while leading teams focused on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Since joining Landings, Jonelle has been a driving force behind the growth and evolution of our multi-family portfolio. She has played a key role in the successful onboarding and stabilization of major assets, led significant value-add initiatives, and helped support the continued expansion of our portfolio.
