We are pleased to announce the official completion of construction at 811 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown, Rhode Island! This milestone marks the conclusion of the second phase of our expansive redevelopment project, introducing seven new residences to Landings at Aquidneck Commerce Center. The project has seen exceptional demand, and after a quick lease-up phase is nearly at full capacity, with only a single one-bedroom apartment home currently available.

Conveniently located in the center of Middletown, our brand new, one and two-bedroom apartment homes and two-bedroom townhomes are spacious, functional and beautiful. Each home features modern finishes, like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Water, sewer and trash removal are included in monthly rent and all homes feature in-home laundry. Residents will enjoy being just minutes from Naval Station Newport, downtown Newport, and the island's lovely beaches, public parks and vineyards.

What began in 2023 as the transformation of the former Sakonnet Eye Care office is now complete with a total of 19 residences at Landings at Aquidneck Commerce Center. From the addition of a second story to the seamless exterior design that complements the surrounding buildings, this project reflects our commitment to thoughtful redevelopment and high-quality housing.
