Our annual outing brought the team together for a day of food, games, and friendly competition, capped off by a Corporate Survivor event hosted by TeamBonding. Teams went head to head, racing through challenges where every win unlocked a donation to the NOSOLO Give Back Foundation. By the end of the day, our competition had unlocked a total of $2,500 for the foundation to put toward its work.

The foundation was an easy cause to rally behind. NOSOLO is an apparel company started in 2019 by husband and wife team John and Sarah, and giving back is built right into how they operate: 20% of every purchase goes directly to the NOSOLO Give Back Foundation. The foundation is a local organization that raises mental health awareness and supports community programs. Knowing that the money we earned would stay close to home and help those in need made the day extra special.

One of our favorite parts of the day was honoring team members Angela Adkins and Kelsey Silva as the first recipients of our annual People First Award, established in honor of Cindy Holt, our former COO who retired in March. Angela and Kelsey bring their kindness and talents to work every day, and it meant a lot to be able to say so in front of the whole team.
