September might just be our favorite time of year in Newport, Rhode Island. The summer crowds start to thin out, there's a gentle breeze in the air and the locals are free to come out and play. We were glad to share a little of that magic with our investor partners this week for our annual celebration! In case you missed it, let's catch up on some of the picture-perfect moments we shared:

We kicked things off on Tuesday evening, and what better way to get the party started than with a sunset cruise? Some of our out-of-towners had just checked into our Vacation Newport properties earlier that day, so we welcomed them and headed out on the water with Gansett Cruises for a tour of Newport Harbor. It was thrilling to be out on the harbor as fleets arrived for the Newport International Boat Show! Lively conversation, drinks flowing, bites by Chef Danielle Vesce and unforgettable views made this one a night to remember.

Wednesday morning began with a tour of The Residences at 50 Enterprise, our newest multifamily project currently under construction in Middletown, Rhode Island. LREG Construction Manager Jason Leone and project lead Ian Kuk of Nicholas and Associates walked the group through the site, talked through what has been completed so far, and answered questions about what comes next. We're proud of the work our team has completed and grateful to share that progress with our partners in person.

We spent the early afternoon at Newport National for lunch and a round of golf. Golf Digest and plenty of local golfers call it the best public course in Rhode Island, and it's always a treat to get out on the course with our guests each year. With great shots, a few less great ones and plenty of laughs, we made the most of this beautiful day!

We closed out the celebration on Wednesday evening at the Surf Club on Thames Street in their Dive Bar event space. The night featured live music, cocktails, and casino games with all proceeds benefiting the American Red Cross. We got to hear a few words from LREG's Founder and President Chris Bicho on our latest projects and a brief introduction to Vision 20: a master plan of company growth and expansion. In the words of Chris, "we're not stopping now!" We can't think of a more fitting way to wrap up the week than coming together for a great cause and to share our plans for great success to come.

To every partner who made the trip, thank you. Your confidence in the work we do is what makes all of this possible. And to our team, who handled every detail from the first boarding call to the last hand at the roulette table, thank you for pulling it all together.
