Ms. Cliff has over 14 years of experience in real estate and property management. She has successfully managed multi-family assets across the Northeast and Southeast markets. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios valued in excess of $200 million while leading high-performing teams focused on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and sustained financial performance. Since joining Landings Real Estate Group, Ms. Cliff has played a key role in the strategic evolution of the Company's multi-family portfolio through the successful operational onboarding and stabilization of key assets, spearheading value-add initiatives, and supporting ongoing portfolio expansion. She is known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to her teams. As head of the Company's property management division, she drives strategic initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and support Landings Real Estate Group's long-term multi-family portfolio growth. Ms. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Mr. Field is a certified public accountant with over a decade of experience within public accounting and corporate finance, as well as three years of international finance based out of the United Kingdom. Mr. Field has a tenure of leading teams to drive cost saving efficiencies, organization, and meeting timely financial reporting deadlines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master of Science in Accounting, both earned from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Field is responsible for the accounting and finance operations of the Landings Real Estate Group portfolio.

Ms. Cowan brings more than 20 years of human resources experience across hospitality, financial services, insurance, nonprofit, and property management organizations. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while helping leaders build strong teams and positive workplace cultures.

Prior to joining Landings Real Estate Group, Ms.Cowan held human resources leadership roles with organizations including Mohegan and Prudential Financial. Her experience includes talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, organizational planning, employee engagement, and performance management.

Ms. Cowan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Maryland. As Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for leading the company's human resources function and supporting the continued growth and success of Landings Real Estate Group and its employees.

Mr. DiCristoforo has 17 years of experience in real estate. He has successfully managed multi-family assets in both the Northeast and Southeast markets. In his most recent position Mr. DiCristoforo was very influential in adding more than $5 million in value to a multi-family community. Mr. DiCristoforo holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing and Psychology and an MBA in Integrated Business Development from American International College.

Mr. LaChance has 41 years of experience in the construction industry, with more than 17 years spent as a construction manager executing the construction of new homes, historical restorations, the conversion of hotels to condominiums and all phases of single - family home and multi-family home renovations. Mr. LaChance is responsible for subcontracting, material selections, contracting, pricing and scheduling for Landings Real Estate Group.

Mr. Werner has spent 18 years in the marketing & communications field. His past experiences include marketing for one of the nation's leading hotel brands along with communications management for a private educational institution. Mr. Werner earned his Bachelor's Degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. He specializes in brand development, promotional material design, campaign strategizing and digital media management. Today, Mr. Werner is responsible for the marketing of Landings Real Estate Group's multi-family, condominium, vacation and commercial properties throughout the Eastern United States.
