River Park Landings 'RPL' raised $3,000,000 in preferred equity financing for the
acquisition and redevelopment of 121 units located in Middleborough, Massachusetts. In
February 2022, River Park Landings, LLC entered into a Sub Management Agreement with Talbot DHC, LLC to take over the operations of the property along with all the benefits of the cash flow with an option to purchase the property on July 1, 2023.
